Who operates this program
This website, booking experience, and appointment-messaging program are operated by Mckenzie Trim LLC, doing business as Trim Hair Studio.
What we collect
When you book, manage, or ask about an appointment, we may collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, service selections, appointment details, and notes you choose to provide. The site also records limited security information such as a protected network identifier and browser details to prevent abuse and preserve consent records.
How we use it
We use this information to create and manage reservations, provide customer service, send the confirmations and reminders you select, protect the booking system, and keep required operational records. Appointment texts are transactional and are not permission for promotional messages.
Service providers
Trim Hair Studio uses Red Hills Media to operate this website and its communication systems, Square to support appointment and customer records, and email and telecommunications providers to deliver messages. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services and may maintain their own required security and delivery records.
Your choices
Email is optional when you choose text-only appointment notices. Text messaging is optional and requires the unchecked consent box shown during booking. Reply STOP to stop appointment texts or HELP for assistance. Stopping texts does not cancel an appointment; use your secure management link or contact the studio.
Retention and security
Contact destinations and secure appointment links are protected in platform records. Consent and delivery evidence may be retained for at least four years, while other records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for reservations, security, legal obligations, and dispute handling.
