Business identity
This website, booking experience, and appointment-messaging program are operated by Mckenzie Trim LLC, doing business as Trim Hair Studio.
Appointments
A reservation is confirmed only when the booking system reports success. Service timing and pricing may change when your requested work differs from the original selection. The studio's posted appointment and cancellation policies also apply.
Appointment texts
If you check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional appointment confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellation notices, secure links, and replies to reservation commands from Trim Hair Studio. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Text commands
Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out. Where offered, CHANGE and CXL commands must include the reservation reference shown in your message. Cancellation requires a separate YES confirmation before the displayed deadline. Carrier delivery can be delayed, so contact the studio directly for time-sensitive help.
Your responsibilities
Provide contact information you control, keep secure management links and codes private, and verify the appointment details shown before submitting a change. Do not use the site to interfere with another person's reservation or with the platform.
Availability
The site and messaging features are provided for convenient reservation management. Network, carrier, email, or provider interruptions may delay a notice. A delayed notice does not change the appointment stored in the booking system.
